Hi Rosie, I think that most of these beers are not available in stores yet. However, I know I've seen a bunch of liquor stores with boutique Israeli beers -- Derekh Ha'yain is supposed to have a good selection. There's a place on the corner of Ibn Gvirol and Arlosoroff that carries lots of microwbrews, as do some of the liquor stores on Ha'aliya. I'd guess that a place like Hinawi also has them. Basically, I'd try any semi-serious liquor store.

What a great post! I attended the Expo but neglected to write down the names of the beers I enjoyed. Where can you find these in Tel Aviv? I know Tiv Ta'am sometimes has a wider selection than the standard Goldstar, Tubor, Carlsberg, and Stella, but I still have trouble finding the Israeli beers.
