		<description><![CDATA[This post is wonderful!  I&#039;m so glad to have found it.  My mother in law used a frying pan to make her salouf and covered it with the grill pan lid with the electric elements. She called it a pita pan. She flavored hers with nigella seeds, which gave a wonderful flavor.

It&#039;s great that you gave 2 methods for the dough.  Personally I like the results with moist bread doughs.]]></description>
