This is something I didn&#039;t really get into in the post, but while there are some Jews in Barcelona, the famed Jewish quarter isn&#039;t really teeming with Jewish life. All the Jews were kicked out 600 years ago, and while it looks like Spain regrets it at this point, it&#039;s a little late. 

Anyway, this is yet another reason why it&#039;s so good to be able to prepare these ethnic dishes in the comfort of your own (kosher) home.]]></description>
