		<description><![CDATA[I just made this, using one potato and a carrot instead of zucchini, and it is fantastic. I forgot the nutmeg and thyme--I have to go put that in the pot! Even just with salt and pepper, the sweetness of the vegetables makes this delicious.]]></description>
