And I so agree about coconut milk--I love it. And have you ever used coconut oil--amazing flavor and adds great texture to baked goods because it is hard at room temperature. It is just expensive, so I can&#039;t use so freely.]]></description>

I just tried using agar for the first time to make a panna cotta and it set up so hard and crumbly. Now, thanks to you, I know that I just used too much agar.]]></description>
