Hi Ilana-Davita, yes, I used white cabbage. I’d imagine that purple cabbage would be good, too, though.

Cabbages are so good this time of the year. I often make a similar salad, but not with raisins and I like to add sesame oil as well. Actually my last posting was about cabbage salad as well:-)
